Do you accept returns or refunds?

At Onsalt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please note that natural skincare and beauty products cannot be returned if opened, due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return.

If you decide to return an item for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from onsalt.com.au. If purchased from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly.

  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as we receive the returned item.

  • Onsalt reserves the right to deny refunds on used products due to hygiene standards and the integrity of our ingredients.

Are your products organic?

Where possible, we prioritise sourcing and incorporating organic ingredients into our products. However, there are certain plants that are challenging to obtain as organic due to limited availability or high carbon emissions associated with their sourcing. In such cases, we carefully consider alternatives to ensure our practices remain as sustainable as possible.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, our products are both vegan and cruelty-free. We are committed to ensuring that none of our ingredients are derived from animals and that no animal testing is conducted at any stage of our product development. Our goal is to provide you with skincare and wellness products that are kind to animals and the environment.

How do I use a facial reflexology tool?

Use the reflexology tool intuitively, beginning with gentle pressure and gradually increasing as you become more comfortable. Apply circular motions on each facial area about 10 times before moving to the next. Our e-book provides detailed guidance on how these acupressure points not only benefit the face but also trigger healing responses throughout the entire body. The goal is to stimulate circulation and promote holistic relaxation without causing discomfort.

Does your face oil contain any preservatives?

Our face oil is preserved naturally using a blend of basil oil and salt. Basil oil provides antimicrobial properties that help inhibit bacterial and fungal growth, while salt helps to create an environment that discourages microbial activity. This combination ensures the product remains fresh and effective without the need for synthetic preservatives.

What are your shipping fees?

We currently only ship within Australia.

Standard domestic shipping is $10.95 and may take up to 6-12 business days.

Express shipping is $14.45 and takes 3-5 business days.

Do you offer wholesale?
